For the last 13 yeas Franziska has worked with startups, VC, PE partners and early stage founders. First as IC in a startup, then in VC in executive search context and since 2023 as leadership and business coach.
In coaching she guides in a solution focussed manner to bring clarity into common career and entrepreneurs rollercoaster mind. She looks into what people really really want at work and helps identify their strengths.
Franziska is a certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation, 50k accredited coaches) and New Work Coach (IHK).
